N'Th Hood Annual Open House
This year in 2011 our N'Th Hood Annual Open House coincides with National Aboriginal Addictions Awareness week on Wednesday November 16, 2011. This is also our kick off to our 30th Anniversary Year: Celebrating 30 Years of Service and a host of exciting events throughout 2011- 2012.(see additional web pages)
Our Annual Open House on Wednesday November 16th starts at 11:00 am with a welcome from our Executive Director and the unveiling of a new Dean Stanton Mural (name to be given) in our shelter. From 11:30 to 13:00 we will serve lunch. The remainder of our day until 15:00 will include music from the band Cumako, a raffle draw, meditation and a acupuncture presentation. All are welcomed.

National Aboriginal Addiction Awareness Week
Alpha House is proud to partake in the 2011 Wellness Walk sponsored by the National Addictions Awareness Week Committee, Calgary on Monday November 14, 2011 from 12:00 noon to 14:00 pm. The walk leaves and returns this year from the Muster Seed.
